Since 2021, Oscar is part of the Latin American Center for Logistics Innovation at LOGYCA, where he currently serves as Research Leader. Oscar is responsible for the formulation and management of research projects for industry entities, government and multilateral agencies on issues related to sustainability, mobility, and freight transportation.
Oscar is an industrial engineer from Universidad Nacional de Colombia, Bogotá, with a master’s degree in industrial engineering and a PhD in Engineering - Industry and Organizations from the same university. He has more than seven years of experience in research related to reverse logistics systems, supply chain sustainability, green supply chains, waste management and sustainable transportation.
